His first point disses think-tanks, then his second point says he will talk to outside experts – which presumably will include think-tanks, so these two cancel each other out.
His third point – online resources – already happens, they are called PLP briefs.
Fourth point – feedback sessions – these already happen, they are backbench PLP committees.
Fifth point – he’ll go outside Westminster – like every single member of the Shadow Cabinet already does.
No substance to these five points.
